Data collected via the contact form

This site has no database — it does not store or archive the data you submit through the contact form on its own. When you submit the form, the data you provide (name, email, project type, message) is transmitted through the third-party service EmailJS directly to my mailbox (info@ndonvito.it), where it remains as a regular email until I choose to delete it. EmailJS acts as a data processor during transmission and may route data through servers located outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided by the vendor (standard contractual clauses). The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

If you request access, rectification, or erasure of your data, the process is manual: I search my mailbox for messages associated with your email address and provide you a copy or confirmation of deletion within 30 days of your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load, only after consent, third-party cookies and tags — specifically Google Analytics (site usage statistics) and Google Ads (ad campaign performance measurement). These tools are disabled by default and only activate if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies, which will bring the banner back. The legal basis for these processing activities is consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which can be withdrawn at any time.

No profiling or third-party cookies are set before you give consent.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, by writing to info@ndonvito.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it, for Italy) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.

No automated decision-making

Data collected is not subject to fully automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you.
